The curriculum is designed to offer international and local perspectives on cutting-edge issues, exemplified through the first-hand experiences of individual tutors. The emphasis is not so much on vision as its delivery, achieved through a balanced approach that develops both the intellectual depth and practical know-how of each participant. The method of learning will involve:
- Lectures and presentations
- Debate and discussion
- A project from each participant as a case study to be shared at the retreat and a task to work on during the course of the year
The programme consists of three components:
- An initial 6-day retreat that closes with a public forum
- A series of three 3 or 4-day residential courses
- Lectures and workshops
The programme will be conducted in English.
It will require compulsory attendance at both the retreat and the three courses.
