The Curriculum
The curriculum is designed to offer international and local perspectives on cutting-edge issues, exemplified through the first-hand experiences of individual tutors. The emphasis is not so much on vision as its delivery, achieved through a balanced approach that develops both the intellectual depth and practical know-how of each participant. The method of learning will involve:
- Lectures and presentations
- Debate and discussion
- A project from each participant as a case study to be shared at the retreat and a task to work on during the course of the year
The programme structure will be similar to that of ACLP 2015 as follows:
- A 5-day residential retreat from 9 to 13 January 2017
- A 2-day non-residential module from 4 to 5 March 2017
- A 5-day residential retreat from 22 to 26 May 2017
- Lectures and workshops throughout the year
